This is a Vintage NOS Nitrous Oxide Fogger Kit from 1989-1991. The expiration date on the Nitrous bottle is dated 12 94 that would mean the tank was good for 5 years that would but it at 1989 build date. It is un opened and never used. The blister pack came loose and the carburetor studs are floating around in the package. Nothing is missing.
