This is a used OE manual climate control for a Saab 9-3. Part number 5174685 fits 1999 to 2002 and the 2003 convertible. I have a number of them that look very much the same so the pic is to show style. Another part number is 4755559 This is also backwards compatible with the NG 900 back to 1994 but see my other listings for the actual part number for that application.
