This will allow you to move the tie rod mounting on the drivers side knuckle from the bottom to the top. Others call this an over the knuckle kit or OTK. By relocating the tie rod end from the bottom of the knuckle to the top you will have a lot more clearance and avoid costly repairs to the tie rod.
