THROTTLE SHAFT for late Weber 45 DCOE For 151/152 Italian models, all Spanish and Fajs This kit contains: Throttle spindle Throttle valves 45mm screws pump cam with pin bearings lock tabs and nuts Genuine part made in EU Fitting instruction: Ideally the shaft to bearing fit will be a "press fit", also called "interference fit". In other words the diameter of the shaft is machined slightly larger than the diameter or bore of the bearing. To assemble you can use a hydraulic or mechanical press to push the bearing on. You should use a pipe or tube push sleeve to assure that the force is applied to the inner race not on the rolling elements. It is recommended to freeze spindle over night to reduce the size to make installation easier. Optional step is heating the bearing in hot oil. Lubricate the shaft before fitting the bearing.
