Just as you see it. This air box works for 1400 1600 first generation. Solid shape, no issues. Rubber seal are all very good to excellent. One small gouge on the collar seal that does not affect seal Clean it up and use it or get some paint and freshen it up. That’s mostly dirt and general engine bay type grime, only a little surface rust on the intake snout. Hit that with 0000 steel wool and you’ll do well.
