ITS NOT AN ITEM ! ECU can't connect to the diagnostic program. ECU detect "fuel pump short to ground AND/OR interrupt" or any else, related with the fuel pump. ECU detect "circulation pump short to ground AND/OR interrupt" or any else, related with the circulation pump.
