1970 Chevrolet Chevelle, Monte Carlo, El Camino Factory Disc Brake Rear Hold Off Valve. This valve was used on all factory disc brake cars and was located at the back cross member where the front to rear brake line connects to the rear drop down hose. During extreme braking conditions this valve prevented the car from getting sideways and evened out braking loads from the front to the rear of the car. The valve is made of cast brass identical to the original and also features the correct phosphate bracket swedged on just like the original. The valve has full mechanical insides and works exactly the same as the originals.
