Introduction A spindle lift kit is simply new spindles for your truck that have the spindle located lower on the steering knuckles, (thus raising your truck) & the steering arms located higher on the knuckles so as to bring the tie rods back to stock geometry. Remember that a spindle or bodylift do NOT affect shock length as a spindle will only move the wheel location down for more lift,and a body lift makes the body sit above the frame 2-3 inches more while not effecting suspension parts either.
