This is a vintage Offenhauser intake manifold with carburetors for a Y block Ford. If it’s the 272 292 and 312 engines this intake is new never installed. It has no corrosion or damage anywhere. The carburetors are included, but will need rebuilt I do not have any linkage, but that is available from Speedway motors.
