The GM parts book shows that the choke thermostat is correct for the following applications all 1975 Chevrolet and GMC Sprint models with a 6 cylinder single barrel carburetor with an integrated cylinder head all 1975 Chevrolet Blazer and Jimmy models with a 6 cylinder single barrel carburetor with an integrated cylinder head and all 1975-1976 Chevrolet Van and C-1 Truck models with a 6 cylinder single barrel carburetor with an integrated cylinder head.
