Brand new, was on an intake manifold for display and mockup only, has never been torqued to an intake, has a little gasket material from sitting on an intake for a while but never torqued. Fits 4500 Dominator flange intakes. Nitrous Outlet stinger 2 00-45000. Does not come with jets, gasket, or studs, plate only. No longer need, thinning the herd, my loss is your gain
