Part # 9713. Note: 1979-1997 5.0/5.8L engines have a serpentine belt drive and the routing of the upper radiator hose requires a different style housing than earlier years. If you are using a 1979-1997 engine in a non-serpentine application you may need Mr. Gasket #2662 instead.
