This plug replaces the vacuum line fitting on the back of the intake if you are converting to hydroboost or your vehicle has manual brakes (no vacuum brake booster). This is a used, genuine GM plug for the Chevy & GMC truck 4.8, 5.3, and 6.0 engines.
