You are buying all that is in picture 2. This is a working unit. Has the vehicle cable, usb cable, cd, and basic instructions. Unit is very clean. Hypertech says it will work with 2003 - 2017 trucks and 2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler/mini van, and 2005-2010 Dodge chrysler 5.7 Hemi's.
