Honda Coolant / Water Temperature Sensor. If your CEL or Check Engine Light is ON and the blink code indicates 6 or 86, OR, scan tool indicates P0116, P0117 or P0118, there is most likely a problem with the Coolant Temperature Sensor (ECT)(TWS) circuit.
