This is a used, genuine GM vacuum fitting for the LS/Vortec truck intake manifolds. Provides a place to hook up the large vacuum line from your power brake booster to the intake manifold. Most often needed when using a 6.0 engine originally equipped with hydroboost in a vehicle using a conventional vacuum brake booster.
