Many hard start, rough idle, and driveability issues on early 6.0L Powerstroke trucks can be traced back to a failing ICP sensor. The ICP sensor sends pressure data to the PCM so it can command the High Pressure Oil Pump (HPOP) to generate the correct injection pressure.
