Turbocharger Visual Inspection Procedure 1.Check the compressor wheel for Damage. 2.Check the compressor wheel for rubbing with housings. 3.Check the shaft for free rotation. 4.Check the shaft for free rotation. NOTE Follow the same inspection procedure for turbine side also. Pneumatic Actuator Assembly Checking Procedure Check the Turbocharger actuator assembly for its proper functioning i.e. check for damages, tampering, loose or open connections. .
