These adapters are designed to use the common BBC electric water pump on a LS engines from 5/8" thick aerospace grade billet aluminum. On the top 2 holes of the adapter plates, these 2 holes use -12 ORB threaded fittings and should be combined with a "Y" block then transferred to the radiator.
