I bought it off Amazon, for my Subaru outback xt(WRX) and was uninformed this was not compliant in California. comes with some hose and most of the parts. THE idiot that installed it and didn't do the research had to replace this with the stock regulator for me to pass smog. mostly all there, not sure what's missing. pretty much all there, extra fuel line and fittings included
