This is a CORE Cummins Holset HE300VG 6.7 13-18 Turbo with Actuator P/N(5326058). One of the the blades on the compressor side of the turbo are damaged, but the shaft spins freely and has some play in it. I don't know why the turbo was removed so the condition of the internal parts are unknown. This is being sold as non-functional for parts or to use as a core.
