It looks gently used and at first blush does not appear to have issues, however the box it came in indicated that there was an issue. It is very possible that the issue written in the box was meant for a different part, and the returning person just reused an old box. We do not know. But we cannot test it, so selling for parts/broken just to be safe. It may work great, but we are assuming it will need work--and so should you.
