Here is a Blower Drive Service (BDS) Big Block Mopar 426 Hemi Blower Manifold, part number 4076 (previously #8376). It has EFI Port rails with 8 EF Injectors. Also has an offset plate that repositions the blower by 2.5" back on the manifold, common with larger 12-71 14-71 blower applications.
