This set comes with the 2 black brackets and the mounting hardware. The flat bracket runs from the timing chain cover to the Alt and the other runs from the water neck stud to the alt. If you are adding power steering to your car this is a must. These are exact to the factory originals painted black with hardware and ready to bolt on.
