This cover fits Freightliner vehicles equipped with 22.5" 10 lugs two vent hole stud-piloted steel wheels that have an 11.25" bolt circle with the noted wheel numbers. Stud-piloted Wheels have tapered lug nuts that do not have a large built-in washer on the back side of the lugs and the top of the wheel studs are stamped L or R indicating thread direction.
