GM Part # 15125625 (number on the item). This is the lower radiator hose for 2004-2009 Chevrolet Kodiak and GMC Topkick trucks. This is a blue silicone radiator hose. This mounts on the outlet of the radiator to carry antifreeze back into the engine.
