This is a genuine GM bell housing for the 1973-1987 Chevrolet and GMC pickups with standard shift transmission. It may be correct for other years as well. We had it shot peened to clean it and to make sure there were no defects. There are no cracks or other damage present and I’m confident it isn’t broken or damaged.
