1915 1916 Tilllotson Brass Carburetor Model 83 Overland Engine

I believe this would have been mounted to a 1915 Overland engine, but I am no authority on these. - The bottom tube that has "0 62" embossed on, which attaches under the bowl, has a portion broken out of it as shown in my main photo.
